Decade Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has agreed to complete a private placement of up to$300,000, comprised of 5,000,000 units, at $0.06 per unit.
Each unit will be comprised of one flow-through common share and one transferable non-flow-through warrant, with one warrant exercisable for the purchase of one additional share at a price of $0.10 per share over a two year period.
There is no commission payable in connection with the private placement.
