Corporate Update

November 13, 2009

Stewart, BC – Decade Resources Ltd. (“Decade” or the “Company”) reports that assay results will be released for another 10 holes from the Red Cliff drilling early next week. Assay results from the 6 holes on the Little Pat Fraction and 4 holes from the Lydden Creek drill pad will be released. A total of 36 holes were completed on the Montrose zone, primarily on the northern portion of the structure. Due the early winter snows, the drills and crews were pulled off the property and all assaying is being completed under normal assay procedures rather than rush assaying. Following release of the next set of results, there are 13 drill holes currently being logged, sampled and prepared for shipment to the assay lab.

The Company is in the process of acquiring a large property underlain by Kuroko type VMS copper-gold mineralization in the Kitimat area of British Columbia. Chalcopyrite-gold mineralization is associated with volcanic rocks that contain conformable, tabular zones of disseminated pyrite up to 60 meters wide. The pyritic horizons are associated with felsic volcanic units and are similar to pyritic horizons associated with many felsic-related volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits including the Kutcho Creek deposit in northern B.C. and deposits hosted by the Sicker Group on Vancouver Island. Massive sulphide-type showings on the property area have been identified, over a distance of about 9 km within a 150 meter thick horizon containing felsic rocks. Decade will release further information in the coming weeks as it secures surrounding ground.

Decade plans to immediately conduct a program including soil sampling, mapping and prospecting using the existing logging roads in the area. The company is applying for the necessary permits to conduct a drill program on the property as soon as possible. Due to the low topography and favorable location, the company feels that exploration can continue through the winter months.

Ed. Kruchkowski, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, is in charge of the exploration program on behalf of the company. All samples are assayed by Assayers Canada of Vancouver, BC.
