APPOINTMENT OF MORRISON AS DIRECTOR
Decade Resources Ltd. has appointed Brian Morrison as a director and audit committee member of the company. Mr. Morrison has over seven years of industry experience in the area of public company administration. Currently, Mr. Morrison is a consultant for TSX Venture Exchange-listed junior mining companies and a chief financial officer and director of Windfire Capital Corp., a director of Alberta Star Development Corp., Saber Capital Corp., High North Resources Ltd. and Redhill Resources Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Morrison was an account manager for public companies at Computershare Investor Services Inc. Mr. Morrison received a bachelor of commerce, with a major in finance, from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2004 and completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2006. The board of directors believes Mr. Morrison’s experience and industry background will be an excellent complement to the board.
