Stewart, BC – Decade Resources Ltd (“Decade” or the Company) announces the receipt of surface sample assays for a 2020 exploration program on the 100 % owned Terrace properties. These results from the Dardanelle zone have now been received and the Company is reporting the significance of this sampling.
Highlights of the surface exploration indicates the following:
- Quartz-sulphide mineralization is present on either 1 or both sides a felsic intrusive dyke.
- The mineralization has been traced over 600 m and is open along strike and depth.
- Sampling returned 52.6 g/t Au from the farthest east sampling.

Grab samples are solely designed to show the presence or absence of any mineralization and to characterize the metal tenor in this mineralization. Grab samples are by definition selective and not intended to provide nor should be construed as a representative indication of grade or mineralization at the Project.
Samples DAR 1 and 2 were grab samples collected from the dump at the portal to the 600m long adit at the base of the mountain side. Samples DAR 3 to 8 inclusive were collected from a 5 m wide trench with 1 m of quartz-sulphide on the north side of a 2 m wide dyke and 2 m of quartz-sulphide on the south side. The dyke was not sampled. Malachite (copper carbonate) stained wall rock showed high copper value with low gold in sample DAR 9. Sample DAR 10 was a grab of red weathered outcrop at the east end of the zone approximately 600 m east of the adit. Samples DAR 11 and 12 were collected from dump material 50 m east and 25 m above the adit portal.
The Company is in discussions with potential farm in partners on this property at present.
Analysis are performed by Activation Laboratories Ltd in Kamloops BC.
The Company is still awaiting the final assays for core from the summer’s Del Norte drilling.
